I found ManilaBlooms and decided to give them a try to send flowers for my girlfriend's birthday. I liked the fact that they provided a phone number under "contact us," as it was very important to me that the flowers would arrive the same day. They told me to submit my order via the internet and they even asked if it would be OK if the delivery were to arrive after lunch! My girlfriend called me a few hours later, and was delighted. I will definitely use them again. By the way, this is an unsolicited testimony; I was very impressed!
